With our experience in right–of–way acquisition, relocation, property management and project management, we believe we can find solutions for any problem. We will work diligently with the client to make sure the project is done right. We communicate the property owner problems and concerns to the client but also have solutions ready to offer for the best result. We want to be a part of your trusted consultant team.

We cater to state, county, and municipal agencies as well as private companies seeking right of way acquisition and relocation services. We have experience working on projects large and small. We take pride in meeting the quality, budget and timeline objectives of our clients while recognizing and respecting the rights and needs of property owners.

Why do we want to settle with your property owners?

We understand condemnation is sometimes unavoidable but we realize we save our client's time and money by settling with the property owner. We want to make sure the property owner feels they have had a good experience in a tough situation.

Why do we pride ourselves in beating deadlines and let dates?

We feel states, localities, private companies and municipalities have budgets that have to be met. Broken deadlines cost them money. We have learned with our years of experience that we must be consistent in our approach to acquire easements and right–of–way. The problems we see some firms are not being consistent with the property owners. If you consistently follow up letting the property owner know you care about their issues and problems and you want to resolve their problems. This will allow you to hit deadlines and let dates every time.
