We have learned with our years of experience that we must be consistent in our approach to acquire easements and right–of–way. The problems we see some firms are not being consistent with the property owners. If you consistently follow up letting the property owner know you care about their issues and problems and you want to resolve their problems. This will allow you to hit deadlines and let dates every time.
